The Boathouse
Anchoring along a lake in Winston Salem, Friend worked on a design that would convert this old residential boathouse into an amenity space for the surrounding community. The design for the renovation preserved the rich history of the structure and its context while integrating efficiencies, maximizing views, and allowing for cross ventilation.
