Friend was tasked with designing a pool house addition above an existing garage, as well as an interior renovation to the main house of this architectural gem located off of Coliseum Drive. The pool house anchors a new concrete patio and plunge pool that are nestled in the lush landscape of the neighborhood. At the main house, the new homeowners requested Friend to re-store elements of the original design while opening up the main kitchen and dining area with more functionality and flow.
