Set on a triangular lot in the charming neighborhood of Buena Vista, Tartan Residence’s transitional style pulled its character from the more traditional qualities found in the neighborhood while adding a modern flare. The parti of the house was inspired by a Tartan pattern of criss crossing horizontal and vertical bands both in plan and section, distributing public + private space evenly.
